經(jīng)濟觀(guān)察網(wǎng)訊 中國消費者協(xié)會(huì )5月9日消息,根據全國消協(xié)組織受理投訴情況統計,2024年第一季度全國消協(xié)組織共受理消費者投訴346338件,同比增長(cháng)13.87%,解決243937件,投訴解決率70.43%,為消費者挽回經(jīng)濟損失19740萬(wàn)元。
根據投訴性質(zhì),合同問(wèn)題占 28.03%,售后服務(wù)問(wèn)題占25.47%,質(zhì)量問(wèn)題占 21.61%,其他問(wèn)題占8.60%, 虛假宣傳問(wèn)題占5.25%,安全問(wèn)題占4.05%,價(jià)格問(wèn)題占3.84%,假冒問(wèn)題占1.52%,人格尊嚴問(wèn)題占0.85%,計量問(wèn)題占0.77%。
